1. Who we are

Magic Assist AI ("Magic Assist", "we", "us", "our") is a software service operated from Ireland and provided through the website at magicassistai.com. You can contact us at info@MagicAssistAI.com.

2. What Magic Assist AI is

Magic Assist AI is a monthly or yearly SaaS subscription giving users access to AI lessons, an AI tutor, voice mode, screen recording with subtitles, and a personal workspace. Some features consume "magic credits" included with your plan.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in US Dollars on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country. You can cancel at any time from your account and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Magic Assist AI for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property.
• Resell or repackage Magic Assist AI without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You own the recordings, notes, uploads, and questions you put into Magic Assist AI. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service to you (for example, to generate subtitles, transcripts, or answers).

7. AI outputs

AI answers, lessons, and generated content can be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for checking anything important before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep Magic Assist AI online, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or remove features to improve the service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Magic Assist AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Magic Assist AI after the change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be handled by the Irish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
